A plastic tube which is called a chest tube is inserted into the chest wall and pleural space. It can remove the air such as pneumothorax, fluid for fluid effusion and hemothorax. There are 2 or 3 chambers yet would depend on the situation. The first would be to remove the air or fluid followed by preventing drained fluid or air from returning thus the nurse should consider having it in a negative pressure for lung re expansion.

While planning the care of the patient with a client who has chest tubes inserted into the hemothorax the nurse should consider removing air or fluid. This should prevent in return of drainage of the fluid or air. Also, she/he should consider having a negative pressure that helps in lung re-expansion.

Further Explanation:

Chest injury that results in a collision of the lungs is generally caused by the blunt force trauma to the chest. This chest injury may cause difficulty in normal breathing and may also lead to death of an individual. This injury can affect any component of the chest and the thoracic cavity including ribs, clavicles, scapulae, sternum, lungs and plurae.

Injury of such a kind may cause fluid build-up that can ultimately lead to reduction of the breathing capacity. The decrease in the breathing capacity is due to the fact that the major surface area of the lungs is covered with the fluids that make the process of breathing difficult.

A person who has a case of lung collision is greatly prone to suffer from the above mentioned condition thus; the main or primary work done on such patient should be drainage. This may help the individual to breath a bit comfortably. Provision of negative pressure shlod be made on the collapsed lungs should be made in order to re-inflate it.

Explain how vaccines protect the body.<br> IN YOUR OWN WORDS PLS!
Serga [27]

Answer:

Vaccines have been around since 1796 preventing people from diseases and decreasing death rates. I believe due to the modern vaccines and medicine people have been living longer than life expectancies in the 1700's and 1800’s, which was between 30 and 40 years. Vaccines train the human body to recognize viruses or bacteria and the antigens (molecule capable of inducing an immune response) will start attacking the virus or bacteria before it tries to spread and cause sickness once it is has recognized it. However, vaccines are not always 100% safe because they can come with side effects. For example, the Hepatitis B vaccine had a severe allergic reaction, called anaphylaxis which caused difficulty breathing, dizziness, and skin rashes for a few people.
