Explanation: cell division is a normal process used by the body for growth and repair. But when cell division rates are accelerated it leads to formation of abnormal cells which floods the blood stream. These cells are called cancerous cells. These cells can virtually be removed by immune system components which includes the T lymphocytes, B cells , macrophages, Natural killer cells. But the mast cell is a specialized tissue cell that initiates inflammatory response in the connective tissue. It has little to no effect on the eradication of the cancer cells. I hope this helps.
