Catalase allows the decomposition of the hydrogen peroxide.

Explanation:

The virulence factor is any molecule secreted by bacteria that allow them to colonize in host.

The enzyme catalase allows the splitting of hydrogen peroxide in water and oxygen. This process prevent them from  ROS that is reactive oxygen species. Thus, catalase activity is considered as a virulence factor.
