We have that
V(x) = x³ + 5x²<span> - 2x - 24

using a graph tool-------> to find the </span><span>zeros of the function
see the attached figure

we know that
the </span>zeros of the function is when V(x)=0

the solution is
x=-4
x=-3
x=2
so
V(x)=(x+4)*(x+3)*(x-2)

the answer is
V(x)=(x+4)*(x+3)*(x-2)

Write the equation of the line in fully simplified slope-intercept form
DochEvi [55]

Answer:

y = 3x - 7

Step-by-step explanation:

Slope - Intercept Form :  y = mx+b

m = slope

b = y - intercept

Slope =  \frac{rise}{run}

          = \frac3{1}

          = 3

So far:   y = 3x + b

Plug in a point from the graph, ex. (3,2)

2 = 3(3) + b\\\\2 = 9 + b\\\\b = -7

Equation :   y = 3x - 7
