The first form was where he was a male who had a mummy shaped figure. The other form was that of a pigmy or a child who had large head. In this form he was worshiped also as one of the most important personages in the Egyptian Pantheon.

They were a part of the polytheistic society because they did not believe in only one form of God. They believed in more than one form of God. That is why they belonged to the polytheistic form of society and followed the religion and beliefs of that society.
