The tunes of the baroque music were grandiose and larger than life with polyphonic harmonization using strings, wind instruments and less bass and fewer beat instruments.

Explanation:

Baroque music is grandiose, larger than life, and very energetic.

The instruments used for the music were primarily string instruments, which were to be in sync and loud enough to be able to be heard in long distances.

The style was to be polyphonic inn the harmony, with multiple octaves laid over each other and contrasting according to the fifths of the root notes.

The strings were used as front of the ensemble while the deep base was relegated. The flutes and lyres were reserved for interludes or used in the front for melodies.

Describe the technique the artist used in the image above
Advocard [28]
(Im not really sure since it's blurry, but im going to guess)

This art technique may be used with a Chinese brush. Though it may be smiliar with the watercolor we use in the west, it has a fingertip for dealing with a wide range of subjects and for producing the variations in line required by different styles. Since the materials used in calligraphy and painting are essentially the same, developments in calligraphic styles and techniques can also be used in painting as you can see the painting above.
There are also three types of paint brushes used in chinese paintings.
-
Hsieh chao pi: crab claw brush, large and small sizes
Hua jan pi: brush for painting flowers
Lan yu chu pi: brush for painting orchids and bamboos
