Not really a speech but more like a basic key points to your speech.

• Define your topic. (Typically answers the question of “What is it all about?”)

• How does being linguistic affects you as a person?

• How will your communication skill to other people be improved?

• Is learning another language really worth it?

Elaborate from there. Personally as a Filipino myself, I could personally agree to this topic, that learning foreign language such as english would help me **connect** more with people. As such language is not just words, but rather a bridge between cultures and people a like.
