I'm not sure in what context you mean, but think about how they act or their core characters. What standards do they follow? Any stereotypes? Are they predictable? If so, in what way?

Read the sentence.
Arada [10]
The appositive is usually a group of words related to a noun, usually a subject, and describes it in more detail.
The appositive here is a river that flows through Egypt.
Another way of easily spotting an appositive is by looking for commas - if it is separated from the rest of the sentence by commas, it is likely to be an appositive.

"She signaled us to the table. Almost tiptoeing across the office, I maneuvered myself to keep my mother between me and the grin
nekit [7.7K]

Horrified would be more dramatic in the sentence so its not horrified. Its not sad because there is no remorse. Its not embarrassed because there is no words expressing the feeling embarrassed. So your best bet is hesitant.
