In this way, concept formation can be viewed as a type of theory of building.

Option a

<h3><u>Explanation:</u></h3>

Theory of building describes the process whereby people make sense of what is happening in their surroundings. These look to examine relationships between certain occurrences and establish why and how certain things happen.

The continued learning process that governs this theory requires communicating with other people, constantly looking at the world around us and keeping up with what is happening. It is an important theory that advances knowledge and when the right learning tools are employed, they provide a bigger picture of the process of building important theories.

What is meant by the Eighth Amendment’s guarantee that punishments should not be “cruel and unusual”?
solong [7]
Because King George III punished colonists who committed crimes with "hanging" and "tar and feathering," once colonists had come to America, they wanted to change the punishment system. So when they came up with new laws, no cruel and unusual punishments was agreed on. That means that if you commit a crime and are found guilty, they cannot hang you, electrify you, beat you with whips and harsh weapons or tools, etc., as a form of punishment.
