"during the years the articles of confederation were in force (1781–1789), there were no national courts and no national judicia
kkurt [141]
This excerpt explains why the Articles of Confederation needed to be fixed or replaced with a different constitution. The excerpt goes over several different flaws in the Articles of Confederation including:
1) No national courts to solve issues between individuals from different states.

2) No consistency in laws- In other words, states got to interpret the laws whatever way they wanted.

3) No way to enforce court rulings from state to state.

These weaknesses, plus others, resulted in the need for a new constitution. The US Constitution replaces the Articles of Confederation and is still what we follow today.

The order of events from oldest to newest is: 5, 3, 1, 2, 6, 4.

How to organize the events chronologically?

To organize the events chronologically we must look at their date of occurrence. In this case we have date with the following AD and BC. This acronym means:

 • AD - After Christ
 • BC - Before Christ

On the other hand, it should be remembered that in the years before Christ they are counted in descending order, that is to say that a very old event has a high number, for example 1000BC, while a more recent event has a lower number, for example 100BC .

According to the above, the correct order is:

 • 5) Zhou Dynasty in China founded, 1000 BC
 • 3) Decline of Olmec culture, 400 BC
 • 1) Rise of the Roman Empire, 40BC
 • 2) Destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans, AD 70
 • 6) Fall of Han Dynasty in China, AD 200
 • 4) Early Middle Ages begin in Europe, AD 400

What do William Howard Taft do do that encouraged Roosevelt to form a new party and run for president again?
mina [271]

The conservatism of Taft was the main reason for Roosevelt to split and run for the presidency again.

Explanation:

Theodore Roosevelt and William Howard Taft were close friends but, the thing that separated them from each other was, their thinking. When Roosevelt became the President of the US, he brought out many progressive policies, and most of them passed in Congress.

On the other hand, William Taft had exact opposite thinking, he was a man with conservative thinking and limited himself to this particular approach. He became the US president but, his conservative ideas were against Roosevelt's thinking, and due to this, Roosevelt chose to split and form the Progressive Party and run for the presidency.
