The Service Manager has the same skill with technician but they also represent as a representative to customers and directly reporting to the owner of the business. They also convey to the car and parts dealers. Other specialist like MLR and Electrian Specialist are into fixing cars, doing checkups, maintenance, checking radio and air-conditioned unit and others.
That depends on how you define what is right. If you define it based on society, then no, the rules wouldn’t change.
