The nerve fibers in our 'body' are enclosed by a sheath called Myelin. It has a dual function it gives color to the white matter and guards the nerve fibers against injuries. It also increases the transmission of electrical nerve signals across axons. Axons are extensions of nerve cells called neurons. White matter in the areas of our 'Central Nervous System' are mainly prepared by axons which are also referred to as tracts. White matter is responsible for learning abilities and other brain activities like coordinating message between different parts of the 'brain'.

Okay I’m going to be answering this from experience. an Appendicitis attack would be extreme lower right quadrant pain, fever, vomiting, and tenderness in the area. that would need to be addressed immediately otherwise you will die. Now a cyst on your ovary can be one, just a cyst, or two, PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome). Both a singular cyst and PCOS can be treated with birth control options, so i don’t think that’s the causing factor. Both can cause painful ovulation, lower pelvic / back pain, irregular periods, and excessive hairiness. One cyst would usually go away in a couple months, where PCOS does not
