<span>Negative or detrimental relationships can affect both emotional and physical health and dramatically change how you treat yourself and others. If such a relationships makes you unbalanced, then you may not be able to have full control on your activities and responsibilities to the household, job and society. This emotional stress can manifest as physical symptoms in the body and can make you more prone illness and disease studies prove.</span>

This is what you call Myasthenia<span> it is a type of diagnoses that is due to muscle weakness it can happen when you work out a lot then  quit for a long time  it happens by you not feeding your muscles when you exercise your muscles take in more energy but then you stop and your muscles dont need as much energy so they get weak and decrease in size
