How are photosynthesis and cellular respiration related
pishuonlain [190]

Answer:

b. they are both performed by plants.

Explanation:

Photosynthesis is the process of transforming light energy into chemical energy by green plants. During the process, the plants make use of solar energy in order to convert carbon dioxide and water into carbohydrates. And also releases oxygen into the atmosphere. Photosynthesis is called primary production because the food produced by the process makes the base of most ecosystem food chains. It stores energy at the bottom level of the food chain.

All animals are dependent on photosynthesis because animals depend on glucose as their energy source, but they are incapable of producing it on their own, so they must depend on plants in order to get glucose.

And also the oxygen that animals breathe is released during photosynthesis.

Cellular respiration:

It is the process through which living cells degrade glucose molecules, releasing energy, and store it as ATP molecules. Overall, glucose and oxygen react to generate carbon dioxide and water in this three-stage process.

Answer:

A stellar-mass black hole forms when a star with more than 20 solar masses exhausts the nuclear fuel in its core and collapses under its own weight. The collapse triggers a supernova explosion that blows off the star's outer layers.
