People should be forced to obey speed limits where they are posted. It endangers the lives of those who cannot get out of their way when these careless drivers make a mistake.

The first amendment was very careful not to make rules that would force people to believe what they did not believe. As long as the religion does not advocate violence against someone else, they should be free to believe in any religion that does no harm.
