Answer:

The social psychology principle that Marco has demonstrated is fundamental attribution error.

Marco first blames the driver for sliding through a red light, convinced that it is solely the driver's fault and a result of him being a negligent driver. However, when he himself faces a similar situation, he does not consider it his own fault, and blames the city snowplows for not doing their work. Marco attributed the other person's behavior to the person, but his own behavior to the situation, which is known as fundamental attribution error in psychology.

What is national security?

A sovereign state's inhabitants, economy, and institutions are all included in its national security, or national defence, which is considered to be the responsibility of the government. Originally intended to defend against military attack, national security is now widely recognised to encompass non-military aspects as well, such as protection against terrorism, reducing crime, economic security, energy security, environmental security, food security, and cyber security. Similarly, in addition to the actions of other nation states, national security concerns also include the activities of violent non-state actors, narcotics cartels, multinational businesses, as well as the consequences of natural disasters. To ensure a nation state's security, governments rely on a variety of tools, such as political, economic, and military strength, as well as diplomacy.
