What factors do you think led Spain early dominance in the New world and in one particular region?
Marizza181 [45]

I'm no expert but considering the only other country capable of reaching it at the time was Portugal, who was focused on Africa, by the time Portugal arrived in Brazil Spain already dominated the carribean basin, England and France wouldnt arrive for a long time so it was pretty much just Spain, Spain and Portugal had also agreed how to split the findings in the new world

What is a violation of the us constitution if it was written into a state constitution
atroni [7]

Answer:

The Constitution is one source of law. When something is done in violation of the Constitution it is "unconstitutional". Legal vocabulary aside, that term means exactly what it says: contrary to the Constitution. Because the Constitution is a source of law, everything that is unconstitutional is also illegal.

Explanation:

No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title.

Executive departments help congress perform their functions true or false
Mashutka [201]

Answer:

No this statement is incorrect.

Explanation:

The general duties are performed by the executive branch which is one and only branch to perform to all these duties. Congress which is "bicameral legislature" of the federal government of the United States of America, writes and passes and implements the laws that create the services and suitable funds (money) for them, but the executive branch must take care of them. Civil service, which includes permanent government employees, is in the executive branch.
