Frank Sinatra is a artist was mixes rock and roll into  jazz  music. his reaction to it is rock and roll needs to be more soft core so he laces jazz into his music to soften it up. and his influence  to rock and roll is I believe his father was a rock and roll artist in his time so frank wanted to carry it on and create a different type of rock and roll
