Desertification has affected parts of Africa as:

D. it has led to a decrease in land available for farming.

Explanation:

Africa has the biggest desert in the world : the Sahara which is ever expanding and there are other lands in the semi arid regions near the sub tropic too.

This is because of a combination of the geographic features of the sub arid regions, the less nutrient soil that is prone to desertification and the fact that the wind currents are aversion for constant precipitation.

This means that there is increasingly less farm land in the continent.

This TED Talk indicates that journalism sources today are often audience driven rather than personal sources from the journalist
anyanavicka [17]

Answer: Ensure they verify the source and validity of the information and do further research before sharing them on their journals

Explanation:

Most of the information most journalist use in their research are audience driven. In most cases the journalist can't know much unless someone from the audience who was available during the event described what happened. What every journalist must do even though they get their information from the audience is to ensure they verify the source and validity of the information before sharing them on their journals, also they should do more research works on knowing why and how such situation happened, this makes their work rich and not just driven alone by what they get from the masses
