Answer:

The answer is A. It protected students' right to free expression at school.

Explanation:

The United States Supreme Court made a landmark decision concerning Tinker v. Des Moines. This decision was related to the different rights that the students had in U.S. public schools according to the First Amendment.

There is a test known as the Tinker test, which courts use today to determine the interest that a school could have to avoid infringements in the student's rights established in the First Amendment.

The court's 7–2 decision stated that the First Amendment must be applied in the different public schools, as well as established that administrators must demonstrate valid reasons according to the Constitution to regulate the use of speech in the classroom.

Answer:

Supremacy Clause

Explanation:

The Federal Trade Commission has issued a ban on an ingredient which cannot be allowed in products. This ban is based upon research showing its role in increased birth defects. If North Carolina permits the usage of this ingredient in a dietary supplement, then North Carolina would be a violation of the supremacy clause.

The supremacy clause of the constitution states that federal laws are supreme over state laws and hence all state must abide by the federal laws of the United States of America.

The teacher does this by systematically building on students' experiences and knowledge as they are learning new skills. We can take the example of a child learning to walk.

It is a process through which a teacher adds support for students in order to enhance learning and aid in the mastery of tasks. The teacher does this by systematically building on students’ experiences and knowledge as they are learning new skills. Just like the scaffold, these supports are temporary and adjustable.
