True because neither one of them got what they wanted and was both without things
It was a terrible thing people with families died and they just wanted to help the nation ( rlly stupid ik XD ) but they got themselves killed or were near death because they were shot at and very badly wounded. It makes no sence why there are wars but they are and they SUCK. :3
From the first row of the table, at a price of $10, suppliers are not willing to make any shoes (quantity supplied of shoes = 0) since they will not make significant profit off of it.
In contrast, the demand is 500, since everyone would love to buy shoes at that very cheap price.
