Explanation:

I have attached a picture containing triglyceride molecule (Same as described in question). When metabolism of this molecule occur it will be converted into 3 products (Picture of chemical reaction is attached). Triglyceride will release its backbone as glycerol molecule along with Linoleic acid and Palmitic acid. In this reaction 1 molecule of water will be utilized. Thus no molecule of water will be released.
