Government records are used as a reliable source on which historians can rely, because for this purpose, government historians are working, exploring and writing history. The work of government historians is different from university historians because they do not have the opportunity to freely interpret historical events. These may be independent scientists, military officers, civil servants, federal historians who use their training to search for all existing, available and less accessible information, that can be used in the writing of scientific books, articles, confidential policy documents or public documents. The work of government historians is very delicate, because their works must be reliable and accurate, otherwise they can cause serious controversy, unlike the works of university historians. Therefore, before publishing any of their work, verification by the administrator of the government agency responsible for the validity of the data must be performed. So, the reason is government records must be verified by those who collect it.

LenKa [72]
Offshore oil exploration can be a boon or a bane to many groups. It is useful since it harnesses the natural resource below the ocean floor which can be potentially used as source of energy. The groups that differ on these views are D. environmentalists and oil companies

Ostrovityanka [42]

Answer:

In late 19th century/early 20th century, the United States had become a global power with interests - and investments - around the globe. It was a new status and it had was symbolized by the victory in the Spanish-American War. The US was strong, modern and industrialized and it could support a powerful army and the powerful navy advocated by naval strategist Alfred Thayer Mahan. The "big stick diplomacy" meant that the US could impose its preferred outcomes abroad by military force if it wanted to. It translated into military interventions in the Caribbean to bring order in troubled nations and prevent European intervention, anathema to the Monroe Doctrine.
