Light reactions-  It is light dependent and produces organic energy molecules ATP and NADPH. It is initiated mainly by the chlorophylls.

Dark recations- It is light independent and uses the organic molecules produced in the light reaction to fix the carbon dioxide into carbohydrates. It occurs in stroma.

Cellular respiration is the process of breaking glucose to produce ATP which is then used to perform work at the cellular level. Glycolysis, pyruvate oxidation, kerbs cycle and oxidative phosphorylation the stages of cellular respiration.
