Well the best you can do is try to learn, or if she can read lips, then try to talk slow or make sure she's watching.
In terms of making her more comfortable, just repeat what you always do. if there's something she enjoys like certain activities, then recreate them each day.

I don't mean to sound condescending, but learning sign language isn't that hard, there are a lot of tutorials out there, and although they're just the basics, I'm sure she'd be happy that you're giving the attempt to communicate.
If you do try, remember that it takes time to get the hang of it, So don't stress or give up.

What are three ways a person can protect their skin from the sun also list one benefit that exposure to sunlight provides
aivan3 [116]
The three best ways to reduce exposure to UV radiation is usually to wear sunscreen beyond a certain SPF. Additionally wearing clothes that cover as much skin as possible usually reduces exposure chances. Or lastly.... You could just stay inside.

There are benefits however to having some sunlight exposure. Vitamin D which a very important Vitamin for bone health can be supplemented by being out in the sun. Additionally you would also developer a skin tone that would look better instead of being deathly white.... Which actually also improves your Vitamin D absorption.
