Eating healthy is also important to your mental health. It gives you an overall sense of wellbeing, making a person happier and more energetic. This can contribute to healthy social health, because if a person is more energetic and happy, they are more likely to socialize and be friendly. I think there should also be more time during the school day to be physically active. Otherwise, students are sitting all day in desks, and they have no time to be physically active. Being physically active more helps to make students more energetic and eager to learn, happier, and it can help with keeping body weight under control.
