Florida constitution  is the document that describe the duties , powers and structure and function of government of US state of Florida and establish basic law of state . Reserved Powers are powers that constitution does not give to National Government that are kept by the states . Reserved power in Florida Constitution describe in   ARTICLE -   2 , 6 , 9 .  Concurrent Power  is power shared by both state and federal government . Concurrent power  describe  in ARTICLE -3 ,  5 , 6 , 7
