A possible negative impact would be that the natural predator may prey on native species in the region that you're importing it to.

Answer:The animal could not be used to the environment and die of. Or they could reproduce and cause an imbalance in the species by eating the pest.  This animal could also adapt and become a different species all together messing up the food chain.
