Answer:

The world is bad. It's not getting better. All we have is hope. Hope for a better future. Pollution is getting worst. More animals are becoming extinct. More health problems. More injustice. More violence. The world is promoting things desirable for the eyes but not always good things. Harming innocent people. Racism. Millions die every day. Hope I helped..

Over thousands of years, countries have safeguarded their citizens by doing all of the following except
Amanda [17]

Probably 1, however I can see why that would be a tiny bit confusing.

Building walls protects from incoming invaders(at least back in the day), creating armies, makes a force to go and fight to protect the people, and what was the other one? Oh yea, moving to a safer place.

Doing that would mean making invasions less likely, and making your people feel and be safer.

Hope this helps.

Three reasons why the prohibition was repealed
Y_Kistochka [10]

Explanation:

Tens of thousands of people died because of prohibition-related violence and drinking unregulated booze. The big experiment came to an end in 1933 when the Twenty-first Amendment was ratified by 36 of the 48 states. The Twenty-first Amendment was deemed so necessary (and the Eighteenth so ineffective), it is the only Constitutional amendment ever passed to overturn a previous amendment. Hence, Prohibition was a terrible mistake.
