Right, so:

During the revising process, put your writing aside at least twice—once during the first part of the process, when you are reorganizing your work, and once during the second part, when you are polishing and paying attention to details.

-Find your main point.
-Identify your readers and your purpose.
-Evaluate your evidence.
-Save only the good pieces.
-Tighten and clean up your language.
-Eliminate mistakes in grammar and usage.
-Switch from writer-centered to reader-centered.

And viola! There you go. Hope this helps!

mel-nik [20]
I can't help you with your exact thesis, as I do not know your preferences for it, but your thesis would be what the main point of the paragraph or what it is about. Make sure both your first sentence is stating your thesis and the first sentence of your last paragraph is restating your thesis (if it is only 1 paragraph, restate your thesis at the end).

How does Hinton compensate for the limitations of a first-person narrator in The Outsiders?
gregori [183]

Answer:

B

Explanation:

Because Hinton chose not to write in first-person, we don't have Ponyboy's bias in the narrative. Through Hinton, we know what Ponyboy is thinking, but it's kind of like looking at his thoughts through a glass wall instead of becoming Ponyboy in the story. If that makes any sense. I did my best to explain.

Hope this helped :)
