Yes they're equivalent, 15x3=45 and 45x3=135 therefore they are both multiplied by three and are equivalent

Answer:

Ratio's are equivalent

Step-by-step explanation:

we have to determine if each pair of ratios or rates is equivalent:

15 computers for 45 students

Ratio of computers to students= 15:45

                                                   = 1:3

45 computers for 135 students

Ratio of computers to students= 45:135

                                                   = 1:3

Hence, The ratio's are equivalent

Using point slope form determine the equation of a line that is perpendicular to the line y=3x+4 and passes through point (6,-3)
siniylev [52]
I'm not gonna use point-slope form but I will tell you the equation in slope-intersect form. Perpendicular means that the slopes of the 2 equations have to be opposite reciprocals. That means if one is 2, the other slope has to be -1/2. Since the slope is 3, the slope of the equation you are making is -1/3. using desmos.com, I found out that the y-intercept has to be -1, so the equation is y=-1/3x-1
