B Margin of error is used to establish a confidence​ interval by adding and  subtracting the statistical value (i.e  sample proportion or sample mean ) from the margin of error

C Generally the confidence interval tell the researcher the probability by which  a population parameter(sample proportion or sample mean) will fall between two set of values(Upper limit and  the lower limit )
