My name is Ann [436]

Answer:

Explanation:

"The Star-Spangled Banner" is the national anthem of the United States based on a poem written in 1814 by Francis Scott Key after observing the British Royal Navy ships bombing at Baltimore Harbor at Fort MacHenry. What he means in that part of the poem is that the loss of lives during the battlefield is something expected during the war. According to him, wars themselves are inevitable and people must be brave enough to take part in them to gain their freedom. Because of that sublime goal, he believes people who join war are glorious.

The journey of marquette Joliet and LaSalle
lana66690 [7]

On May 17, 1673, Father Jacques Marquette and fur trader Louis Joliet set out on a four-month voyage that carried them thousands of miles through the heart of North America to explore the path of the Mississippi River. Their voyage helped to initiate the first non Native-American settlement settlements in the North American interior that introduced Christianity into 600,000 square miles of wilderness, gave French names to cities from La Crosse to New Orleans, transformed traditional Indian cultures, and nearly exterminated the fur-bearing mammals of the Upper Midwest.

Doubt is the father of invention.
artcher [175]

Answer:

I think this statement means that when you are doubting something, someone or yourself that it's basically a father figure. Because let's be honest everybody even you and me doubt ourselves or something or someone; Every single day someone out there is doubting/second guessing something, someone or themself. Doubting happens so often that sometimes when you see or hear someone doubting or being doubted you take those actions and doubt on something that you want happen or something about yourself. Lastly I do agree with this idea because if you sit and think about what it might mean it will truly explain a lot.

(Hope this helped and I hope this was good!! :3)
