Answer:

D. Identification of risks

Explanation:

Risk identification enables individuals to avoid things, situations, and factors that can trigger the onset of chronic illness and any other kind of problem that could harm one's health. For this reason, we can conclude that risk identification is a benefit of access to health that reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as skin cancer.

Does anyone know how you can fall asleep at a good time?
Musya8 [376]

Answer:

There are several things you can do to try and help you fall asleep

I learned these from a specialized doctor so they're accurate!

Explanation:

DO NOT look at your phone, computer, TV: The blue light emitted from electronics naturally wakes your brain up

Don't sit in bed when your not sleeping: you want your brain to associate your bed with sleep and relaxation, not other things, especially stressful activities.

Adhere to a sleep schedule: your brain loves routine. Try waking up at the same time everyday and going to sleep at the same time everyday, your brain will grow used this schedule over time.

Don't nap: Trust me I love a good nap as much as the next guy, but they aren't great when it comes to sleep, especially if you're already having trouble.

Try Melatonin: Melatonin is the chemical your brain emits when your tired, you can buy gummies, dissolvable tablets, or pills to help make you tired. They're all natural and not like a sleeping pill which is better for you long term and just in general.

Don't get upset or stressed if you cant fall asleep: If you can't fall asleep don't focus on it. The chemicals that your brain releases when your stressed wakes you up even more. Like I said you don't want your brain to associate your bed with stress. Try getting up and taking a short walk around your room or house, maybe get some water, then come back and just relax.

Hope this helps, and that you can get some good sleep :)
