In this sense, I can say that I agree that the benefits of federalism outweigh its harm, since we cannot imagine the disaster that our nation would be managed without it. In addition, we have examples of countries that have not adopted federalism and have bigger problems than ours.

However, it is not correct to ignore the disadvantages that this system promotes, the largest of which are cases of negligence and irresponsibility towards the citizen. However, observing the possibility of claiming rights that federalism imposes, we can consider that its advantages are greater.
