One reason President George Washington called
Ede4ka [16]
One very good and possible reason (that was at the same time very logical from his perspective) why George Washington decided to call for a policy of neutrality was to avoid United States participation in European wars (2). And he did this with a good reason. A young nation as the US in those times couldn't afford making and drafting men into an army and then shipping them to Europe to help a possible ally, they needed to build their own nation at the time.

Kiara earns $7.25 per hour working at the local sandwichshop. She receives a 5% raise (increase in pay). What are her new hourly
Bezzdna [24]

Answer:

$7.61

Explanation:

To find raise, you multiply your current pay (7.25) and multiply it by the percentage of raise (5%), 7.25 x 5= 36.25 (this is 36 cents) and you would then add the 5% (36 cents) to 7.25 to get the pay: 7.61 (7.25+0.36).

aliya0001 [1]

Answer:

The struggle to unify the country under one church

Your answer is CORRECT.

Explanation:

Unlike other reforms undertaken by ecclesiastics and theologians, Anglican reform performed by Henry VIII was established under the auspices of the English monarchy in the 16th century and started as yet another episode in the long debate with the Catholic Church over its authority over the English people. It is an independent church from Rome, without monastic communities, but faithful to its doctrine. Henry VIII didn't want only to marry again, or just to have a male son. Anglican reform was the way he found to have power over the ecclesiastical sphere and to control every aspect of the power.
