koban [17]

Among the executive branch is checks on the legislative branch is the president‘s power to veto any legislation passed by the legislative branch. The president has two types of veto he can use. One is veto, which vetoes the whole legislation, which would then have a re-vote by the legislative branch. The other is line-item veto, in which the president vetoes parts of the bill, but not the whole thing.

In World War II which was more important military or industrial mobilization? Give two reasons for your answer.
I am Lyosha [343]
In world war 2 industrial mobilization was more important. An example of this can be seen with the german reich. Germany at the beginning of the war had stockpiles of equipment to rely on and were a powerhouse that nearly won the war before the United States even entered however as they started getting bogged down their stockpiles dwindled and their industry could not keep up ultimately resulting in their downfall. Another reason for this is the fact it is easier to send allies equipment than it is to send them men.
