Write a word problem for this divison $2.88 divided by 12

I have 12 friends. Each friend is a pretty cool dude, so I want to give them money! But... I only have $2.88. How much money does each friend get?

Mary has got $2.88..She wants to buy chocolates for ger friends.But each friend has their own choice for chocolates.So, instead of dividing the chocolates after buying, she decided to divide the money in her friends so that they could buy chocolates. How many each of her friend will get if she has total 12 friends?

Answer: Each one will get 2.88/12 = $0.24
