Some individual states have abolished slavery in their constitutions.   Confederation delegates Nevin Weinberg and Dani Kwatcher

propose an amendment to abolish slavery in the entire country.  Can the Articles of Confederation solve this problem?  Why/Why not?

They could solve it. According to them, only 1 representative from each state would be in the congress. With 13 states, 9/13 yes votes would be needed to make something a national law. The articles could abolish slavery federation wide if 9 states out of 13 vote to abolish it.

Its easy, Akbar the Great and Sulaiman the Magnificent both were surprisingly tolerant to their subject religion wise and both were great rulers who led armies to victory. Akbar expanded the Mogul Empire, while Sulaiman beat Hungary at Mohacs in 1526.
