Some individual states have abolished slavery in their constitutions.   Confederation delegates Nevin Weinberg and Dani Kwatcher

propose an amendment to abolish slavery in the entire country.  Can the Articles of Confederation solve this problem?  Why/Why not?

They could solve it. According to them, only 1 representative from each state would be in the congress. With 13 states, 9/13 yes votes would be needed to make something a national law. The articles could abolish slavery federation wide if 9 states out of 13 vote to abolish it.

Traditionally we live in a patriarchal society where the focus is put on men. Going back to when the written word was first invented, it was men who controlled the language and therefore men who controlled the knowledge that was released and spread.
