How did Spanish exploration and colonization in the americas differ from england's?

Answer:

Colonization: Spain colonized for fur trades, gold, and silver.

As for the England colonies, the main reason/idea they colonized was for the wish to obtain Religious Freedom and land.

Exploration: The point of Spanish exploration were in search of valuable minerals/rocks, wealth, looking for "The city of gold" or a.k.a El Dorado.

The point of England exploration was to find spices, silks, and wealth.
