If Earth had no atmosphere, a falling object would never reach terminal velocity. Terminal velocity is created by friction between a thing and the atmosphere. If there is no friction between objects, the object will accelerate forever.

time = 1 1/2 = 3/2 hours

speed = distance/time = 10 / 3/2 = 20/3 = 6.67 Km/h

If you look up "distance vs time graph" you can pull up images on google and check them out. That's what I did and on the x-axis (horizontal line) it said "time." I'd go with time.
