The customers play the role of the King of the market in India because they are the ones to verify what the clients will want or are likely to purchase before a brand launches a product into the market.
The customers are very important because business owners use them to analyze how the market trend would go based on consumer's likes, dislikes, and preferences.
These roles played by the customers help the business owner to produce a tailor-made product that will meet the need of clients.
