Note: two negatives multiplied together = one positive answer
         one negative & one positive multiplied together = one negative answer
Multiply -8 and -3 together

-8(-3) = 24
24(-2) = -48
-48(4) = -192

D) -192 is your answer

hope this helps

Kenzie has. 4 pages of homework to do. If she can finish 1/3 of a page in one hour how many hours will her homework take?
Maru [420]

Answer:

It will take her 4 1/3 hours

Step-by-step explanation: so you know you needed to add 4 and 1/3 and you turn the 4 into 4/1 and 1/3 and since it adding you have to have the same denominator and you multiply 1x3 and if you do it on the bottom you have to do it on top so you also do 4x3 and 4x3 is 12 and one 1x3 is 3 and so you don't have to have to do it on the other fraction because now they have the same denominator now and now you add 12/3 + 1/3 and you shall get 13/3 and then you divide 13 divided by 3 and you shall get 4 1/3 and that shall be your answer.

hope it helps you!

Consider isosceles ΔXYZ.
Rom4ik [11]

A triangle is a three-edged polygon with three vertices. It is a fundamental form in geometry. The length of the legs XY and YZ is equal to 39 units.

What is a triangle?

A triangle is a three-edged polygon with three vertices. It is a fundamental form in geometry. The sum of all the angles of a triangle is always equal to 180°. An isosceles triangle has two sides out of three equal.

A.) The value of n can be found by equating XY and XZ together,

XY = XZ

9n + 12 = 15n - 6

12 + 6 = 15n - 9n

18 = 6n

n = 3

Hence, the value of n is 3.

The length of different legs of the triangle is,

B.) XY = 9n + 12 = 9(3) + 12 = 27 + 12 = 39

C.) YZ = 15n - 6 = 15(3) - 6 = 45 - 6 = 39

Hence, the length of the legs XY and YZ is equal to 39 units.

notsponge [240]

So using standard form you convert the equation to 5x - 2y = -10 then use slope m of a line of the form Ax + By = C equals negative a over b. It would be a = 5 b = -2 m = -5/-2 m = 5/2. Have a good day the answer is 5/2
