Answer:

Intrinsic motivation; extrinsic motivation

Explanation:

Nancy decided to take introductory psychology because she has always been interested in human behavior. Jack enrolled in the same course because he thought it would be easy. Nancy's behavior was motivated by intrinsic motivation, while Jack's was motivated by extrinsic motivation.

Intrinsic motivation is a type of behavior or motivation that is driven by internal rewards such as the satisfaction of fulfilling a purpose/living for a purpose or self satisfying desires, while extrinsic behavior is a behavior motivated by external rewards such as promotion at work, good grades as in the case of Jack.

the south was largely a farming region that used enslaved africans to work in cotton fields. how were the states in the north di
maria [59]
The states in the North did not need slaves, rarely anyone from the North had slaves later on because of how the North felt about them. But back to the topic at hand, slaves in the North weren’t used for farming or on plantations like in the south, because the North didn’t have these things, they had slaves as servants. Mainly rich households only had slaves, as a sign of power, they had slaves to help with chores and tasks for the owners of the slaves. Furthermore, Northerners did not treat their slaves like they were dirt like Southerners did, Northerners treated their slaves as if they couldn’t live without them. That is how the North and the South are different when it comes to slaves.
