I would give it two names:

Prejudice and stereotyping: while people don't know the actual American Arab Americans, they associated them with the perpetrators of the attacks.

The scapegoat theory: the tendency to blame others for problems they did not cause. So while the specific Arab Americans did not cause the attacks, they are being associated with them.

Removing language barriers to limited english-speaking populations is the main focus of:
Pani-rosa [81]

That would be linguistic competency. This concept was first introduced by Noam Chomsky and it is not to be confused with the concept of linguistic performance.  Linguistic performance deals with how language is actually used in real communication while linguistic competency is the system, the ideal system, which allows the speakers of the language to see the differences between the correct sentences and the bad ones while also allowing them to create and understand an infinite number of different sentences in their language.

Walking past a classroom's open door, Michael overhears an instructor say, "In the next unit, we will explore how information is
xxMikexx [17]

Answer: D. Memory

Explanation:

Considering what Micheal heard; acquiring of information, storage and retrieval, it could be understood that the next unit must be about memory. Acquiring information and storing it for later use explains memory, as memory is used to save information that would be used in the future. The first thing involved in memory storage is acquiring of information because without that you can't store anything, when that is done, you'll have something to fall back to whenever you need it, this is known as retrieval.

How far you have to drive to the store to buy an item impacts the consumption utility you associate with it.

This statement is FALSE.

Common utilities include water, sewage, electricity, gas, garbage and recycling. Technology subscriptions such as cable TV, internet, security, and phone services can also be considered utilities. Home utility bills are similar to apartment utility bills, with one major exception. Who will pay the utility bills?

Utility in economics refers to the benefit or enjoyment a consumer obtains from a service or product. The concept of utility is abstract, but it helps explain how and why consumers make choices. "Ordinal" utility refers to the concept that one good is more useful or desirable than another.
