There are a lot of things that has happened in those times. And there are also a lot of things that the cold war have affected the education spending in 1945 in to the 1990s. Of course, the demand in education would be higher , the higher the education you have, the more powerful you would get.
His school life brought a string of successes in endeavors common to politicians in training. He won debates and elections and leading roles in school dramatic productions.
