Pyramid workers where used in Ancient Egypt to build the great pyramids in Egypt one of the greatest pyramids been built by the workers was the Giza Pyramids it is recorded that almost 4000 workers were used to build the Pyramid. Ruins of works done by  these workers were found in a city nearby as well by Archaeologists which included evidence of Granaries, Bakeries, breweries and even cemeteries
