To write an effective application letter it is important for the applicant to make a good impression on the employer and to stand out among other applicants. To do this the essential steps are to clearly describe your job assignments and why you think it fits to work in that company, it is also important to know about the position you want to run, as well as the history of the company. The letter should also be written in the cultured form of the language, avoiding the use of grammar and slang errors.
