Next we have 68+3x+R=180 (smaller triangle)  

Now we have all that, cramp them all together  

We have two equations 68+3x+R=180 and x+(3x+r)+R=180

But 4x=3x+r sooo

          And 4x+x+R=1800 or 5x+R=180
