Answer:

Stereotype

Explanation:

In sociology, the term stereotype refers to a thought that is widely adopted about specific types of individuals or certain ways of behaving intended to represent the entire group of those individuals. In other words, it refers to thoughts about a certain group that do not necessarily represent said group.

In this example, Mr. Rogers thinks that teenagers are reckless, promiscuous and irresponsible delinquents. He is associating this qualities to the evidence that define all members of this group. Therefore, he is having specific ideas or thoughts about the characteristics of teenagers without any real evidence, therefore, this thoughts do not represent said group and this would be an example of using stereotypes.

Steve is a football player who is playing on his high school team for the first time. In his first game his performance is poor.
Talja [164]

Answer: Steve is experiencing evaluation apprehension

Explanation: Since Steve was playing for his high school team for the first time, he knew that others would be watching and evaluating his game, and among those watching him were coaches, therefore, on whom his future playing on the team depends. Based on the coach's judgement, it depends on whether Steve will play the next game, etc., which means a reward / penalty concept based on what others think of Steve. This means that during the game, Steve has been thinking about what others think of him that causes arousal, and that arousal can improve or diminish our work, in Steve's case was that this excitement diminished his performance in the match.

It means that when we work in the presence of others who are watching over us, we think like Steve, what do they think about our work and that can improve or diminish our performance, so we have experienced evaluation apprehension.

A philosophy of education is a statement regarding your beliefs and values about education. This statement is often required as
Gnoma [55]

My philosophy of education is that the purpose of education is meant to make students happier than they would have been if they had not recieved this instruction. Therefore, education needs to be 100% student-based, and it has to be individualized so that students are able to learn according to their personal preferences and inclinations. This is particularly important when dealing with diverse students. Diverse students need diverse approaches to education, as they do not necessarily share the same background or the same previous knowledge about a subject matter.

Moreover, the teacher is the person who is going to provide an example of this approach. The teacher should be flexible in teaching and learning. He should also be interested in the students' background, and he should be willing to change his prejudice and biases in order to better serve the students. This means that the teacher should strive to always be learning more. He should constantly research new education alternatives. He also should discuss different teaching practices and think about whether he finds these efficient.
